About D5

“Character, Courage, and Loyalty”

Welcome to Washington State Little League District 5 — where community, teamwork, and youth development come together on and off the field. District 5 proudly serves a diverse group of local leagues throughout southwest Washington, supporting boys and girls in Tee Ball through Senior League Baseball and Softball.

Our mission is to uphold the core values of Little League International: character, courage, and loyalty. We work year-round to guide and support our local leagues in delivering safe, fun, and competitive baseball and softball experiences. From player pitch to All-Star tournaments, our district staff, volunteers, and umpires are committed to ensuring every game helps shape confident young athletes and responsible citizens.

District 5 oversees league administration, interleague coordination, tournament play, and charter development. We foster a strong sense of sportsmanship and community across all divisions — from the first swing in Tee Ball to the final pitch in postseason play.

Whether you’re a parent, coach, volunteer, or fan, District 5 is your home for Little League Baseball and Softball in Washington. Together, we help kids grow through the game.

We serve our communities in Waitsburg, WA, Clarkston, WA, Starbuck, WA, Walla Walla, WA, Othello, WA, Prescott, WA,  Pomeroy, WA, Pullman, WA, Dayton, WA

“Little League is about more than baseball. It’s where kids learn to swing hard, run fast, and never quit — on the field or in life.”
